With summer and my kids out of school and a husband who's away 99% of the year I feel like a chicken with its head cut off, running around everywhere and doing more than I can handle. Some are so sweet as to think I'm "Superwoman", but I'm not. I just try really hard to get what I need done and still have enough time to enjoy the summer with my sons and sometimes it just ain't easy. IT AIN'T EASY!!!
Now that I've done some venting...I wanted to share a card that was SUPPOSE to be for the
CPS122 challenge, but I missed the deadline! I must have been that headless chicken running around that day or week! This was my card which featured the newly released
ODBD sets
Amazing Grace Hymn and
Amazing Grace:

I LOVE the Amazing Grace music sheet background, but I opted to make it the center of attention for my card by stamping it three times and cutting a smaller rectangle and a circle to make the hymn pop out more. I wanted to focus only on the verse "I once was lost, but now am found, was blind but now I see"
Card Recipe:
Stamp: ODBD Amazing Grace Hymn and Amazing Grace
Ink: Versafine Onyx Black
Paper: SU Kool Kraft, white cs, black cs, Prism Simply Smooth white cs
Accessories: Dew Drops Pearl, Fiskars Apron Lace border punch, MS Ribbon Threader punch, Spellbinders Classic Circle Small die, tan polka dot sheer ribbon, foam adhesive
Here's hoping I don't have a nervous breakdown anytime soon....LOL!
