It's not a card...again

As you know, I am primarily a cardmaker. I do, however, like to dabble in other crafting realms and I've gotten good practice using my AMACO® ArtEmboss® metal sheets!

Here's another project that will be at the AMACO® CHA booth in Anaheim. I'll only post a few pictures so I hope those of you that are going will stop by their booth and take a look at it in person! I painted 3.5" wood blocks with glossy white paint, embellished with ArtEmboss® Medium Aluminum, went to town with my arsenal of embellishments and glued the three blocks together in a staggered fashion.

I cut the 1 Corinthians into four parts to be read as you turn the stack of blocks.
This is the top of the stack. I took apart a ribbon spool and used just the ring to mount the Aluminum metal sheet.
The ArtEmboss® metal sheets are super easy to use with your punches, even on the medium weights! AND they also help sharpen your punches at the same time!! Gotta love that!
I've been loving my Kaisercraft Rhinestones lately...maybe because they go so well with the shine of the metallic sheets! You can find several colors of rhinestones over at Paper Garden Projects.
I saw Valentine merchandise already in stores so I figured I'd create a project that's all about L-O-V-E!

Less than 2 weeks left before CHA!!! EXCITING!!!
