Flowers and Layers

I just ordered several Primas and anxiously awaiting their arrival, so when I went to our local Michael's I had to get my flower fix! I had my husband's 15-year old nephew with me and I dragged him to Michael's after catching a matinee showing of Gran Torino (EXCELLENT movie, BTW). He was a good sport, especially since I made him carry several floral stems! He actually picked out a few for me...and also gave his smart-butt opinions on some of my selections. LOL!

Dina suggested using only part of the Jesus with the children from the Children of God set when she mentioned a non-profit organization that offered keepsakes to those who suffered infant loss and bereavement. I came up with this card:

We create and donate special hand made keepsakes to our local hospitals in the local tri- county area ( and Florence SC) for infant loss bereavement.

Currently we accept and donate:
- hand made mini pillows ( Angel Pillows) to be used to place inside casket with the baby or taken home as a memory piece. - hand made keepsake cards ( for memory poems, baby’s photo, and locks of hair)- and preemie & full term baby blankets, caps and burial gowns.
