Bitten by the LOVE BUTT while using Painter's Pyramid!

Butt!! Butt!! BUTT!!
My son Evan could not stop laughing after he was done adding the legs and placing the stickers to his Valentine box for school. His class has a contest today as to who could create the Most Traditional, Most Unique and Funniest Valentine card holders. Evan is quite the little comedian so of course he chose to make a funny one. He figured that instead of a Love Bug he'd make a Love Butt!


At CHA we met Michael Bucci who developed the Painter's Pyramid and let me tell you, it's the PERFECT tool for your projects! He gave us a free package with the hopes of us giving it a try and if we liked it to spread the word around. I placed the cardboard mailbox on top of four little pyramids and painted away. I was able to paint BOTH SIDES without having to wait for one side to dry before continuing - a real TIME SAVER! The pyramids also double as a place to hold your wet brushes! Thank you, Michael Bucci!!

Oh, YES! The Valentine cards will definitely be coming out of its' butt!

Due to the budget crunch that schools are suffering from I decided to give school supplies rather than chocolates and flowers. The teachers have been asking for donations such as overhead projector pens, dry erase markers, etc. and so I placed a variety of those, along with spray cleaners and erasers, in clear paint buckets. The shorter bucket I purchased from Our Daily Bread designs which measures 5" high and 4" in diameter. I LOVE that bucket so I will have to grab up a few more! The apple stamp reads "If teachers were apples, I'd pick you!" and it's from a Clear Dollar Stamp set called Teacher Treats.

Well, Evan's butt won for Funniest Valentine Box Contest! LOL! And I thought I was the only one who thought his butt was cute!
