I love making scrapbook pages and framing them as gifts for family and friends. I made this 12x12 page for my sister-in-law as part of her Christmas present (I wanted something to accompany a gift card we got her!). I've always been partial to sepia and black and white photos because it allows you to play with a wide array of color combinations and no matter how much layering and embellishing you do the photo still remains the focal point.

Also, do you see that
BEAUTIFUL watermark on my photo? The fabulous
Jami Bova created that! Isn't she amazing?! I asked her to create it for me and gave her free reign on the design and she just blew me away! Stop on by her blog and tell her I sent you!
Thank you sooooooo much Jami!!! You RAWK GIRL!
This is so, so pretty!! I love B&W photos too!!
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous!! I have always loved black and white photography. I love that the subject of the photo is the focal point and not the colors or surroundings. Love how you scrapbooked this too - she is sure to love it!! Thanks for the shout out!!
